This is the initial version of these terms, published alongside our newly redesigned website. A few operational details are still being finalized. We'll update this page, and the date above, as those details are confirmed.

Welcome to The Go Network. We're glad you're here. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thegonetwork.org, operated by The Go Network ("TGN," "we," "us"), a ministry of Dwelling 1:14. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

This page replaces the site's previous terms of use in full.

1. What this site does

thegonetwork.org connects believers, disciples, leaders, and ministries with mentors, certified coaches, process providers, and cohort facilitators around five Mission Targets. The site also offers a self-assessment tool (Find Your Path), resources for facilitators, a prayer page, an events calendar, and a way to give financially.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to submit any form on this site.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the directory or connection forms to spam, harass, or solicit practitioners or facilitators for purposes unrelated to the site's mission
Misrepresent who you are when contacting a practitioner, facilitator, or TGN
Scrape, copy, or republish the directory, profiles, or other site content without permission
Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems

We may restrict or remove access to the site, or remove a listing, for anyone who violates these Terms.

4. Practitioners and facilitators are independent

This is the most important section for how the site actually works, so we're stating it plainly.

Mentors, certified coaches, process providers, and cohort facilitators listed on this site are independent practitioners. They are not employees, contractors, or agents of The Go Network. When you use the site's connection flow to reach out to a practitioner or facilitator, you are initiating contact with an independent third party, not with TGN.

TGN does not guarantee the outcome, quality, advice, conduct, or availability of any practitioner or facilitator, and is not responsible for anything that happens as a result of a connection made through this site, including but not limited to the advice given, the relationship that follows, or how that practitioner or facilitator subsequently uses, stores, or shares any information you provide them directly.

We ask everyone listed in our directory to handle your information responsibly and act in good faith. That expectation does not create a guarantee, warranty, or legal obligation on TGN's part for a practitioner's independent conduct.

5. The self-assessment tool

Find Your Path is a general guide to help you identify a starting Mission Target. It is not a diagnostic tool, a professional assessment, or a guarantee that any particular target, cohort, or practitioner is right for you. Your result is a starting point for a conversation, not a conclusion.

6. No professional advice

Content on this site, including Mission Target descriptions, resources, and the self-assessment tool, is offered for general ministry and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, legal advice, medical or mental health care, or other licensed professional services. If you need that kind of help, please seek it directly from a qualified professional.

7. Donations

Donations made through the Donate page are processed by Stripe. By donating, you also agree to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy for that transaction.

8. Third-party links

This site links out to third-party resources, such as the Concordia Marketplace and other study resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

9. Content ownership

The design, text, graphics, and other content on this site belong to The Go Network or Dwelling 1:14, or are used with permission, except where otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. No warranty

This site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Go Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including from any connection made through the directory, any advice received from a listed practitioner, or any interruption in the site's availability.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This doesn't limit any additional rights you may have under the laws of the state where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
