Read the five, recognize the one your ministry is working on right now, and find the practitioners who have already walked it.
The targets help identify where a ministry is at and where it can soon grow. They are sequential and meant for the practitioners to work on them incrementally, in their own context, and at their own pace.
You assess yourself and you select your own target. Nothing is assigned to you, and nothing here is scored.

Equips everyday believers to recognize opportunities for mission in their ordinary relationships and daily rhythms.
Moves disciples from receiving instruction to intentionally making more disciples who influence their communities with the Gospel.
Builds a pipeline of leadership by training current leaders to identify, coach, and release new ones to expand the reach of the Gospel.
Prepares an established ministry to plant new ministries within the congregation or out in the community.
You choose who to contact, and you contact them directly.
Experienced practitioners who have demonstrated effectiveness in one or more of the five Mission Targets. They have agreed to have a conversation with people who want to pick their brains and mine their experiences. There is no fee.
Coaches who have earned one or more credentials, demonstrated specific coaching competencies, and agreed to uphold a standard of ethics. Fees and commitments, if any, are determined directly between the coach and the client.
Individuals or organizations who have proven processes to help clients make progress with one or more of the five Mission Targets. Fees and commitments, if any, are determined directly between the process provider and the client.
TGN makes the introduction. The conversation, the schedule, and any fee that applies are then arranged directly between you and the practitioner.
